Returns & Exchanges

We understand that buying products on the internet can be a little bit different to buying items from a brick and mortar store. So we have chosen our products with the user, your child, in mind and we have sourced products meeting our high quality standards so you can shop confidently.

We advise that you choose your products carefully and let us know immediately if you have any concerns. If you feel that you may need some advice on your new products before requesting an exchange or refund, please contact us via email info@little-eco.com.au.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will happily refund or exchange your items provided you meet the following conditions:

  • In the case of goods returned that are not faulty we will only accept them if they are in the same brand new condition they were sent to you in. We can refuse returned goods if there is any indication that the items have been worn or used.
  • Items must be returned unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Unless the item is faulty the cost of posting the item back to us will be your responsibility.
  • In the case of requesting a refund your item will be refunded less postage and any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.
  • We cannot accept returns or refunds on items originally purchased as a sale or clearance item.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR GOODS

Firstly please email us info@little-eco.com.au  with refund/exchange in the subject bar and the following details: Your contact details, invoice number, product name, reason for return and request for exchange or credit and we will contact you regarding your request. Leave as much detailed information as you can so that we understand your reason for returning your item. Please also indicate a product you may have in mind if you wish to exchange, so that we can place the item/s aside for you.

We will contact you and you will be given a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.) to be written on the outside of the returned package. Post your items (we recommend using registered or express mail as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit) with your details to the following address:

For goods you request an exchange for:

Once we receive your returned items if they meet the conditions outlined above, we will post your replacement products after you have re-ordered your goods via our website using a unique exchange code. Any new postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

For goods you request a refund for:

We will refund your original payment for goods, not including postage (unless items were returned due to being faulty), if they meet the conditions as outlined above.

Please note:

We kindly request that you do not return items unless you have contacted us first so we can meet your needs without any confusion. If you are unable to find a substitute to exchange the item for, we are happy to issue a credit note that is valid for 3 months.

FAULTY ITEMS

Little Eco is proud to source and supply products that are of very high quality.  All items are thoroughly checked before being sent, however if you believe that an item you have ordered is faulty (not including wear and tear or abuse), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Goods that are found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced once the faulty product has been returned at the discretion of the manufacturer. The shipping costs incurred by you will be honoured in a credit note to use in our store.
