The most basic style of nappy is a flat nappy. Much like the old fashioned style of terry towelling nappies used by generations before us, the newer styles are now made from more absorbent fabrics like bamboo or hemp. Pre-folds are like a flat with an extra absorbent layer down the centre. Flat and Pre-fold nappies require a PUL cover.
