Payment & Delivery

We are genuine when we say that your visit and support is very important at Little Eco so we do our best to ensure that your order is processed quickly and with care. Once you have placed your order you will be sent an email to confirm the details.

PRICING

We are an Australian based, family business and all prices are in AUD - Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Cheque, Money order, Bank deposit, Phone payment via Eway or payment upon delivery/collection (local residents only). We cannot process payments from American Express or Diners card.

Please read for further information on our payment methods below.

CREDIT CARD

Payments are processed online via secure payment gateway, Eway. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

  • All payments are processed securely, at the time of ordering, using 128bit SSL encryption and card details are never collected and stored by our website. SSL encryption (secure sockets layer) is the latest in encryption technology commonly used for e-commerce, to ensure your details are transmitted securely.
  • We also offer payment OFFLINE via phone, using your credit card and Eway's secure IVR  Payment Service. Payment is processed in real time with automated voice prompts. To pay by this method select DIRECT DEPOSIT from the payment options. You will recieve an invoice for your order, with the phone number and biller code to use this service.

PAYPAL

You may wish to use PayPal using your PayPal account or your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. You will be taken to the Paypal payment page to make your secure payment and we do not have access to your card or account details.

DIRECT DEPOSIT

We also accept payment via direct debit bank transfer from Australian bank accounts. You will be given the details of our bank account during checkout. Payment may take up to 3 days to reach our account. Once your payment has been received we will dispatch your order.

CHEQUE/MONEY ORDER

We also accept personal cheques (Australian only) or a money order (available from Australia Post). If you would prefer to pay by personal cheque or money order, please make the funds payable to 'Little Eco’ and include your invoice number.

Please note that we require 4 business days for personal cheques to clear before posting your order in addition to the time it takes for your payment to reach us.

We will keep you updated on the process and stage of your order if you choose to use direct debit, cheque or money order as your method of payment.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you wish to make any changes to your order or cancel it please contact us as soon as possible at admin@little-eco.com.au. We will happily refund your order payment or make ammendments provided we haven't already sent your order.

DISCOUNTS & VOUCHERS

We currently offer some discounts towards consecutive purchses from our store. Please note that only one discount/voucher can be redeeemed per purchase. This includes gift vouchers and Valued Customer Gift discounts. We request that Gift vouchers and Valued Customer Vouchers be used within 6 months of date of purchase.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Little Eco is happy to assist you in ordering in special sizes, colours and products from companies we already order from.  Most companies have a minimum order, but please contact us if you can’t find what you are looking for as we would love to assist you further.  Please email us or leave a comment on our contact form if you have a special request. However please note that for special orders we require payment upfront.

DELIVERY 

At checkout please select your preferred delivery method:

  • Do not ship - I will collect my order - Select this method and we will contact you to arrange collection.
  • Standard delivery $7.95 - If you select this method you accept there is no tracking, insurance or guarantee of delivery. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage, but will do all we can to locate your parcel if it doesn't arrive. Australia Post is generally reliable but we recommend you select registered or express postage if you have any concerns.
  • Registered Post $10.95 - Select this method if you would like confirmation that your parcel has been sent and tracking. You will be required to sign for your parcel.
  • Express Post $12.95 - Please note that Australia Post cannot offer guaranteed next day delivery to some areas using Express Post as we operate from a regional area. Please contact us if you do require your products urgently though, to discuss other options.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of our items are bulky. Please contact us if prompted to receive a personalised delivery fee depending on your location.

Delivery is FREE on single orders over $150 (Australian customers only).

Orders are packaged within 24 hours Monday to Friday and shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days (excluding public holidays) depending on your location within Australia. Please allow for some delays in delivery for busier periods such as Christmas.

LOOKING AFTER LOCALS

Goods may also be collected and paid for in the Warragul area. Please choose this option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time and location to meet. We do not charge a delivery fee if collection is in Warragul!

We also offer a free delivery service to the Maternity Ward at the West Gippsland Hospital, Warragul. Simply place your order and make some notes for us at checkout (alternatively contact us first with details) and we will wrap and deliver your gifts with a gorgeous eco-friendly card containing your message. New parents will LOVE the surprise of receiving your practical and earth happy gift.

Little Eco checks your products before posting to ensure they are not faulty and every item is packaged with great care. Australia Post is generally a reliable and prompt delivery service however if a package is delayed, arrives damaged or not at all please contact us immediately by email.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Delivery overseas to select countries is available upon request. We are happy to deliver to New Zealand, Europe, USA and some parts of Asia. Please contact us with your order details and your postal address, to obtain a postage quote.  We will only post your parcel via Registered or Express delivery. We use Paypal as a payment method for overseas orders and you will be sent a Paypal invoice for your order once your order and shipping rates have been approved. Shipping times overseas are estimated at between 10 to 21 days depending on your location and we will provide a more accurate estimate of delivery, at the time of placing your order.

GIFT VOUCHERS

To order a gift voucher please select a voucher amount from the checkboxes. To send your voucher directly to your recipient type in your recipient’s postal address at checkout where the shipping address is required. In the 'notes for this order' box type in your message for your recipient. Your voucher will include your note handwritten on an eco-friendly card.

Gift vouchers are only available to Australian residents and all gift vouchers are delivered free of postage charges! However please note that postage will be charged if a voucher is ordered with other items.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other store discounts (that use promotional codes). However if you wish to take advantage of a sale that uses a promotional code and redeem your gift voucher, just contact us and we will set up a special code...just for you!

PACKAGING

We appreciate your custom and every order big or small is special. We therefore believe that your parcel should arrive carefully wrapped within mail packaging. We are currently using brown paper wrapping and cotton twine to tie your parcel with.  If you really would prefer not to have your items wrapped please indicate this when you chekcout in the 'notes for this order' box.

Because we care about the environment most of our packaging is recycled and we ask that you try to keep reusing it where you can. We try to recycle packaging sent or given to us, saved from day to day life or given to us by family and friends. This may mean that sometimes your items may arrive wrapped in paper/cardboard/ air wrap/bubble wrap, packing peanuts or plastic. We appreciate your understanding that most packaging won't be new or always plastic free.

We will continually strive to improve and provide the most eco-friendly options when sending you your parcels. Australia Post is currently working towards expanding their recycled range and most of the packaging we choose has some recycled content.

What can you expect when receiving an order from our store?

Your parcel will arrive wrapped and accompanied by a handwritten note. We will use bubble wrap, peanuts or packaging if your item is deemed fragile or potentially easy to damage in transit. We use boxes, tough envelopes, pre-paid satchels and padded bags.

PLEASE NOTE: Our shopping cart system manages inventory as purchases are made. The exception to this is nappies selected in a package. Whilst every care is taken to ensure stock levels are correct at the time of your purchase we will contact you to discuss options if delays are anticipated in supplying you with your product. Where a product is out of stock or we are unable to deliver your order you have the choice of a full refund or credit/exchange.
